Said serves may be located in the United States and if this is the case it will make your information subject to the privacy laws of the United States as well.
b.good Canada ULC reserves the right to access and/or disclose Personal Information where required to comply with applicable laws or lawful government requests or, in b.good Canada ULC’s reasonable opinion, to operate the bgood.ca website properly and securely, or to protect b.good Canada ULC or visitors to this website.
A Note to Parents
b.good Canada ULC is very sensitive to privacy issues and is committed to protecting the on-line privacy of children and making the Internet safe for our users. As a result, no Personal Information should be submitted to or posted on this site by children under the age of 18 without their parent’s or guardian’s permission. Except in the context of a teenager (ages 12 to 18) applying for employment with b.good, if a user younger than 18 wishes to send us Personal Information, he or she must first give us his or her parent’s or guardian’s e-mail address so that we can obtain their permission. No Personal Information (other than information collected in an employment or a potential employment situation) will knowingly be accepted from a child under 18 before this permission is obtained. Be assured that b.good Canada ULC will not condition a child’s participation in any website activity on the child’s disclosure of more Personal Information than is reasonably necessary to participate in that activity.
